Ali, That sandwich looked delicious. I am a southern gal, and we just use plain on American, or Velvetta, on white or wheat for our grilled cheese. I do love a grilled pimento cheese myself, but no so for my family. Guess we need to be a bit more creative with our grilled cheese. Thanks for sharing.
